What is the best way to get in touch with you?

What does RDN., LD mean?

“RDN” stands for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is an important credential that represents a food and nutrition expert who has met academic and professional requirements. I earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics, completed an accredited, supervised internship, and passed a National exam administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. The “LD” stands for ‘Licensed Dietitian’ with the state they currently reside.

Where can I attend one of your live classes?

I host live fitness classes twice a week at a local gym, as well as post “Tiny workouts” each week on Youtube and my fitness page to help you make fitness fit! Keep your eyes out for upcoming LIVE workshops and challenge groups…coming soon!
